摘要 高校教师有效提供社会服务是社会经济发展对高校教师提出的新要求。基于高校社会服务双向性、丰富性、针对性和长期性的特点,分析了高校教师提供社会服务存在的缺乏有效组织制度保障,服务途径单一、效率低,服务能力不足、质量低,参与服务的积极性低,缺乏完善的服务绩效评价体系等问题。促进高校教师有效提供社会服务的对策包括:建立相应组织机构加强基础保障,利用现代信息技术拓宽服务途径,提供培训和实践机会提升服务能力,协调教学、科研及社会服务三者之间的关系,以及完善高校教师社会服务绩效评价体系。 The effective provision of social services by university teachers is a new requirement of social and economic development for university teachers. Based on the two-way,rich,targeted and long-term characteristics of social service from universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the social service provided by university teachers,such as lack of effective organizational system guarantee,low efficiency by single service approach,low quality by insufficient service ability,low enthusiasm to participate in service,and shortage of perfect service performance evaluation system. The countermeasures to promote the effective provision of social services by university teachers include the establishment of corresponding organizations to strengthen the basic guarantee,the use of modern information technology to broaden service channels,the provision of training and practice opportunities to enhance service ability,the coordination of the relationship between teaching,scientific research and social services,and the improvement of university teachers’ social service performance evaluation system.
