选拔还是选择:论普通高中育人方式的价值取向——基于社会秩序分类学的视角

摘要 改革开放以来,我国普通高中育人方式的价值取向从选拔取向转向到选择取向,体现了从社会需求到人的自由发展的旨归和从工具价值到内在价值的实现。然而由于选择取向的单一主导,致使普通高中育人方式在育人理念、课程体系、教学组织和评价制度等方面遇到了新困境。基于哈耶克社会秩序分类学的相关观点,应进行普通高中育人方式价值取向的路径构设,即实现普通高中育人方式选拔取向和选择取向的融合,并构建基于选择的选拔价值取向,确证普通高中育人方式的价值诉求。 Since the reform and opening up,the value orientation of ordinary high school education in our country has shifted from the orientation of selection to the orientation of choice,which reflects that the goals of ordinary high school education have been switched from meeting the social needs to the free development of human beings and that the change from the instrumental values to the intrinsic values has been realized. However,due to the single orientation of choice,ordinary senior high schools have encountered new difficulties in the educational methods in terms of the educational concept,curriculum system,teaching organization and evaluation system.Based on the relevant viewpoints of Hayek’s taxonomy of social order,we should carry out the path construction of the value orientation for ordinary high school educational methods,that is,to realize the integration of selective and choosing orientations of ordinary high school educational methods,and construct the selective value orientation on the basis of choice,so as to meet the value demands of educational methods in ordinary senior high schools.
