摘要
学习已经成为教师职业生涯中一种新的"生活艺术",新手教师学习是新手教师持续追求专业发展和个人发展相统一的实践性活动。新手教师在教育教学活动中呈现"边缘人"的身份,其教学实践能力、教学关注点、职业认同等方面相对于熟手型教师、专家型教师具有边缘性。基于新手教师在教育教学中"边缘人"的身份,需要依托相互关联的专业成长模式、混合学习环境中的知识管理模式、临床指导学习模式支撑起新手教师的学习过程,使其最终走向教育教学"中心追求者"的身份,促使新手教师实现以发展教学专长、关注学生学习、自我认同与完整为中心的学习目标。
Learning has become a "new art"of living in teachers’ professional career. Novice teachers’ learning is a practical activity in which novice teachers continually pursue the unity of professional and personal development. Novice teachers assume the status of "marginal persons"in the teaching activities,and their teaching ability,teaching focus,professional identity are marginal compared with skilled teachers and expert teachers. Due to the marginal identity of novice teachers in teaching,it is necessary to support the learning of novice teachers by relying on the relevant professional growth model,the knowledge management model in the mixed learning environment,and the clinical guidance learning model,so that the novice teachers can finally gain the identity of"center pursuers"in education and teaching,and achieve their learning goals centered on developing teaching expertise,students’ learning,self-identity and integrity.
