摘要 经验和理论对教师专业发展都有重要意义,前者是发展的前提基础,后者关系到未来发展的空间,从前者走向后者是教师专业发展的必然趋势。推动教师专业发展从经验主导走向理论自觉,可采取以下措施:增加教师理论应用体验,铺垫其从经验到理论的认识基础;提高专业理论水平,打造其从经验到理论的能力条件;营造有利理论突破的发展氛围,创建从经验到理论转变的环境条件;加强理论应用的专业发展考核,形成从经验到理论转变的外部驱动。 Both experience and theory are of great significance to the professional development of teachers.The former is the prerequisite for development and the latter is related to the space for future development. From the former to the latter is an inevitable trend in the professional development of teachers.To promote the professional development of teachers from experience-oriented to theoretically conscious,the following measures can be taken:to increase teachers’ experience of theoretical application so as to lay the foundation for their understanding from experience to theory;to improve their professional theoretical ability and offer conditions from experience to theory;to create an atmosphere conducive to theoretical breakthroughs and environmental conditions for the transition from experience to theory;and to strengthen the professional development assessment of theoretical application to form an external drive for the transformation from experience to theory.
