Expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer and its relationship with clinical features

目的研究前列腺癌(PCa)中UNC00161的表达情况及其与临床特征的关系。方法选取2014年7月至2016年10月在本院进行手术切除的85例PCa患者作为研究对象,将切除的癌组织作为试验组,同时选取同期52例良性前列腺增生患者的摘除标本作为对照组。根据Gleason评分将PCa患者分为高级别组(GleasonW分)和低级别组(Gleason<7分)。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测LINC00161的表达水平,分析LINC00161在不同Gleason评分PCa患者中的表达情况及其与临床特征的关系及L1NC00161的表达与Gleason评分的相关性和对PCa患者生存状况的影响。结果试验组的LINC00161表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);低级别组的LINC00161表达水平明显低于高级别组(P<0.05);试验组的LINC00161表达水平与Gleason评分、临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关(P<0.05);Spearman法分析结果显示,癌组织中的LINC00161表达水平与Gleason评分呈明显正相关(r=0.684,P<0.05);PCa患者术后3年的生存状况分析显示,UNC00161高表达患者的生存率均明显低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论LINC00161在前列腺癌患者中的表达水平对PCa患者术后生存率有一定影响,可能在PCa的发展进程中发挥一定作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer and to analyze its relationship with clinical significance.Methods From July 2014 to October 2016,85 patients with prostate cancer who underwent surgical resection in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,the resected cancer tissues were taken as the experimental group.At the same time,specimens removed from 52 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were taken as the control group.The expression of LINC00161 was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR).The expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer tissues was analyzed in patients with different Gleason scores.The relationship between the expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The correlation between LINC00161 expression and Gleason score in prostate cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of LINC00161 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of LINC00161 in cancer tissues with low-level group was significantly lower than that in cancer tissues with high-level group(P<0.05).The expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer tissues was correlated with Gleason score,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the expression of LINC00161 in prostate cancer tissues was positively correlated with Gleason score(r=0.684,P<0.05).Analysis of the survival status of prostate cancer patients at 3 years after surgery showed that the survival rate of patients with high expression of LINC00161 was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of LINC00161 has a certain effect on the survival rate of patients with prostate cancer.LINC00161 may play a role in the development of prostate cancer.
