麻醉用注射器针头规格大小对包皮环切术影响的临床研究

Clinical study of the impact of syringe needle size on circumcision

目的观察局部浸润麻醉用注射器针头规格大小对包皮环切术的影响。方法选取本院门诊2019年2月至2019年12月行一次性包皮环切缝合器包皮环切术患者220例,随机分成0.70 mm注射器针头组(对照组)和0.45 mm注射器针头组(观察组),对比两组手术麻醉药物起效时间、麻醉药物用世、术中疼痛评分、术后伤口外观满意度评分及术后并发症的差异。结果观察组的麻醉药物用量显著少于对照组(P=0.004),术中疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P=0.027),术后3d伤口满意度外观评分高于对照组(P=0.050),局部麻醉针眼周围皮下淤血发生率明显低于对照组(P=0.014)。结论使用小规格注射器针头行包皮环切的局部浸润麻醉可以减少麻醉药物用降低术屮疼痛评分,减少针眼周围皮下淤血并发症的发生并提升术后外观满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of the size of syringe needles for local infiltration anesthesia on circumcision.Methods From February 2019 to December 2019,220 outpatients who underwent disposable circumcision suture and circumcision were randomly divided into 0.70 mm syringe needle group(control group)and 0.45 mm syringe needle group(observation group).The two groups were compared for the onset time of anesthetic drugs,the dosage of anesthetic drugs,and the VSA score during the operation,postoperative wound appearance satisfaction score,and postoperative complications.Results The dosage of anesthetic drugs in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P=0.004).The VSA score was significantly lower than that of the control group during the operation(P=0.027).The wound satisfaction appearance score was higher than that of the control group 3 days after surgery(P=0.050),the incidence of subcutaneous congestion around the injection site of the needle was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.014).Conclusions Local infiltration anesthesia with circumcision using a small-sized syringe needle can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs,reduce the pain score during surger\f,reduce the incidence of subcutaneous congestion complications around the injection site of the needle,and improve postoperative appearance satisfaction.
