橡胶草根胶含量与形态指标的相关性与通径分析 被引量:1

Correlation and Path Analyses between Morphological Indexes and Root Rubber Content in Taraxacum kok-saghyz

摘要 为研究橡胶草植株形态和根胶含量的相关性,并筛选指示根胶含量的主要形态指标,本研究以天然分布的橡胶草为研究对象,测定了60份样本的15个形态指标以及根胶含量,并对这些指标进行多态性分析、根胶含量与形态指标的相关分析与通径分析。结果显示:(1)15个形态指标的变异系数在11.92%-85.85%之间,平均变异系数为39.31%;(2)个体间根胶含量介于1.07%-27.46%之间,变异系数为51.28%;(3)根胶含量与茎冠数、主根直径、叶数呈极显著正相关,其中主根直径直接通径系数最大,为0.264;根胶含量与叶型指数呈极显著负相关,直接通径系数为-0.418。由此证明橡胶草形态特征和根胶含量在个体间变异幅度大,主根直径、叶型指数与根胶含量之间有极显著相关性,为简便快速筛选橡胶草高胶育种亲本提供了依据。 In order to study the correlation between plant morphology and root gum content of Taraxacum koksaghyz,and to screen the main morphological indexes indicating root gum content.In this study,15 morphological indexes and root gum content of 60 samples of Taraxacum kok-saghyz were determined,and the polymorphism analysis,correlation analysis and path analysis of these indexes were carried out.The results showed that:(1)the variation coefficients of the 15 morphological indexes ranged from 11.92%to 85.85%,and the average variation coefficient was 39.31%.(2)The rubber content among individuals ranged from 1.07%to 27.46%,with a coefficient of variation of 51.28%.(3)The content of root rubber showed a very significant positive correlation with the numbers of stem-crown,the diameters of the main root,and the numbers of leaf,with the largest direct path coefficient of the main root diameters at 0.264;the content of root rubber and the leaf shape indexes were very significantly negatively correlated,with a direct path coefficient value,at-0.418.Therefore,it was proven that the morphological indexes and root rubber content had large variation ranges among individuals and there were significant correlations between some morphological indexes and root rubber contents.Among morphological indexes,the indexes of strong main roots and slender leaf types providing the basis for rapidly screening high rubber content parents.
