基于锚固复合承载体理论的软岩巷道围岩控制 被引量:9

Roadway Surrounding Rock Control in Soft Rock Based on Theory of Composite Bolt-Rock Bearing Structure

摘要 深部软岩巷道一直是煤矿巷道围岩控制的难题。针对贵州盘江恒普煤业21126运输巷掘进期间围岩变形剧烈、多次维修但效果有限、严重影响施工安全和掘进进度的难题,采用锚固复合承载体理论计算了锚固复合承载体的承载能力,分析了巷道破坏的原因,提出了巷道支护参数优化方案。数值模拟和现场应用验证结果表明,巷道变形较优化前有了显著降低,巷道掘进约22 d左右,围岩变形速度大幅降低;32 d内巷道顶板下沉量为127 mm,底鼓量为73mm,两帮移近量为256mm,围岩变形基本稳定。满足了巷道围岩稳定性控制的需要,为软岩巷道围岩的控制和支护技术提供了借鉴和指导。 Deep soft rock roadway has always been a difficult problem to control the surrounding rock of coal mine. Severe deformation of surrounding rock, multiple maintenance but limited effected exsist during 21126 haulageway excavation period of Guizhou Panjiang Hengpu Coal Industry, which seriously affected construction safety and excavation progress. In view of these problems, the theory of composite bolt-rock bearing structure carrier was used to calculate the bearing capacity, the cause of roadway failure was analyzed, and the optimization scheme of roadway support parameters was put forward. The results of numerical simulation and field application show that the roadway deformation has been significantly reduced compared with that before optimization. For about 22 days of roadway excavation, the deformation velocity of surrounding rock decreases significantly. Within 32 days after excavation, the roof subsidence of roadway is 127 mm, floor heave is 73 mm, and the two sides approach is 256 mm. The surrounding rock deformation is basically stable, which meets the requirement of surrounding rock stability control, and provides a reference and guidance for the surrounding rock control and support technology of soft rock roadway.
