摘要
为了研究高岭土对气泡尺寸的影响,以高岭土和吐温80作为改变液相环境的参数考察液相环境变化时对气泡几何特征的影响,通过高速摄像技术获得气泡图像并利用图形与图像识别技术(simplePCI)对气泡基本特征进行提取和计算,最终获得气泡直径、气泡直径概率分布、气泡直径的累计概率分布,并以此分析高岭土对气泡特征影响的规律。试验中高岭土浓度分别为0.5 g/L,1.0 g/L,2.0 g/L,4.0 g/L,吐温80体积浓度为0.06%,结果表明,高岭土、吐温80改变了液相环境的表面张力;在无离子环境中,气泡直径概率分布呈单峰分布状态,峰中线在7 mm;高岭土对气泡直径大小产生了影响,气泡直径概率分布呈双峰分布且峰中线分别为6 mm和3 mm。
In order to study the influence of kaolin on bubble size, kaolin and tween 80 were used as parameters to change the properties of liquid phase, and the influence of liquid phase environment on bubble geometric properties was studied. Bubble images were obtained by high-speed camera technology, and the basic characteristics of bubbles were extracted and calculated by using simple PCI technology. Finally, the bubble diameter, the probability distribution of bubble diameter, and the accumulative probability distribution of bubble diameter were obtained, on this basis, the influence of kaolin on bubble properties was analyzed. In the test, the concentration of kaolin was 0.5 g/L, 1.0 g/L and 2.0 g/L, respectively, and the volume concentration of tween 80 was 0.06%. The results show that kaolin and tween 80 both change the surface tension of liquid phase environment;in the non ion environment, the probability distribution of bubble diameter presents a single peak distribution, and the peak center line is 7 mm;kaolin has an impact on the bubble diameter, the probability distribution of bubble diameter presents a bimodal distribution, and the peak center line is 6 mm and 3 mm respectively.
