基于瓦斯监控数据源的突出预警系统在下峪口煤矿的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为实现下峪口煤矿掘进工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险性的非接触式连续预警,以瓦斯监控数据源为基础,建立了一套集数据库、服务端、客户端和信息发布平台为一体的突出预警系统,并通过统计学分析,确定了符合下峪口煤矿瓦斯涌出特征的预警敏感指标及临界值。应用结果表明:预警系统实现了下峪口煤矿掘进工作面突出危险性的实时在线监测、超前预警和预警结果的及时发布,多次超前捕捉到煤与瓦斯突出危险,总体预警准确率达到84%。同时,预警系统实现了突出危险多源信息的集约化、信息化管理。预警系统的应用不仅显著提高了突出预测的准确性和实效性,也为煤矿智能化建设奠定了基础。 In order to realize non-contact and continuous early warning of coal and gas outburst risk in heading face of Xiayukou coal mine, a set of outburst early warning system integrating database, server, client and information release platform was established based on gas monitoring data source. Through statistical analysis, the early warning sensitive index and critical value in accordance with the gas emission characteristics of Xiayukou coal mine were determined. The application results show that, the early warning system can realize real-time on-line monitoring, advance warning and timely distribution of early warning results for the outburst risk of heading face, and has captured the coal and gas outburst risks in advance for many times, with the overall early warning accuracy rate of 84%. Meanwhile, the early warning system realizes the intensive and information management of multi-source information. The application of early warning system not only significantly improves the accuracy and effectiveness of outburst prediction, but also lays the foundation for the intelligent construction of coal mine.
