摘要
γ-干扰素(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)是活化T细胞和自然杀伤(nature killer,NK)细胞产生并作用于多种细胞的一种细胞因子(Ⅱ型干扰素),是Ⅰ型辅助T细胞(Th1细胞)的标志性细胞因子,在抗病毒、免疫调节及抗肿瘤机制中发挥至关重要的作用。胆道闭锁是由各种刺激因素引起的一系列免疫炎性反应,进而使肝胆系统严重受损的疾病。本文就IFN-γ在胆道闭锁发生发展过程中的作用研究进展做一综述。
As a cytokine(typeⅡinterferon)produced by activated T cells and natural killer cells(NK cells),interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)acts upon a large variety of cells.It is a landmark cytokine of type I helper T cells(Th1 cells)and plays a vital role in antiviral processes,immune regulation and antitumor mechanisms.Biliary atresia(BA)occurs when various stimulating factors cause a series of immune and inflammatory reactions and severely damage hepatobiliary system.This review summarized the research advances of the role of IFN-γin the occurrence and development of BA.
