基于数据挖掘探析壮医治疗贫血的用药规律

Study on medication laws of Zhuang medicine in treatment of anemia based on data mining

壮医治疗贫血有较丰富的用药经验.从文献和著作中筛选出壮医治疗贫血的方剂59首录入中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS V2.5)构建壮医治疗贫血方剂数据库,并应用TCMISS V2.5集成的频次统计、关联规则、新方分析等功能进行用药规律分析.壮医补血方剂涉及药物127种,其中使用频次在4次以上的药物有18味,得到关联出现频次在4次以上的高频药物组合5组、核心药对2组及新方2首.壮医治疗贫血的常用药物药味以甜味为主,药性以温性、平性居多,在组方配伍上重视通补兼施、以通促补,并善用血肉之品,为贫血的临床治疗及相关新药的研发提供了参考.

Zhuang medicine in treatment of anemia has rich medication experience. Fifty-nine prescriptions for the treatment of anemia from the literature and works were recorded in traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS V2.5) to construct the Zhuang medicine treatment prescription database of anemia. TCMISS V2.5 integrated frequency statistics, association rules, new method analysis and other functions were used to analyze the law of drug use. Zhuang medicine treatment prescription database of anemia involved 127 kinds of drugs, 18 of which were used more frequently than 4 times, 5 common drug combinations, 3 core drug pairs and 2 new prescriptions with more than 4 association frequency were obtained. The results showed that the drugs used in the treatment of anemia by Zhuang medicine were mostly warm and flat, and the taste of the drug is mainly sweet. In terms of drug combination, Zhuang medicine attached importance to dredging and tonifying, and improved the tonifying effect by dredging, and made good use of flesh and blood products. It provides a new reference for the clinical treatment of anemia.
