摘要 研究了汽车风挡玻璃用聚氨酯密封胶黏合性能,分析了聚氨酯密封胶受各因素干扰后黏合性能变化情况。使用溶液聚合法,在不同种类多元醇、催化剂、硅烷偶联剂以及不同含量扩链剂配制硅烷联合改性聚氨酯密封胶,分析不同情况对聚氨酯密封胶黏合性能的影响,以及不同温度、固化时间对聚氨酯黏合性能的影响。研究结果表明:选择聚碳酸酯多元醇混合聚醚多元醇,二月桂酸二丁基锡和二吗啉基二乙基醚为催化剂[m(二月桂酸二丁基锡)∶m(二吗啉基二乙基醚)=3∶7],氨基硅烷为硅烷偶联剂,w(扩链剂)=10%时,聚氨酯密封胶的黏合性能较好,而且低温环境下聚氨酯密封胶仍旧保持良好的粘接性,完全固化仅需3天。 The bonding properties of polyurethane sealant for automobile windshield glass were studied,and the changes of bonding properties of polyurethane sealant affected by various factors were analyzed.Using the solution polymerization method,the silane combination modified polyurethane sealant was prepared with different kinds of polyols,catalysts,silane coupling agents and different contents of chain extenders.The effects of different conditions on the bonding properties of polyurethane sealant,as well as the effects of different temperature and curing time on the bonding properties of polyurethane sealant were analyzed.The research results showed that,when selecting polycarbonate polyol mixed with polyether polyol,dibutyltin dilaurate and dimorpholine diethyl ether as catalyst[m(dibutyltin dilaurate)∶m(dimorpholinyl diethyl ether)=3∶7],amino silane as silane coupling agent,w(chain extender)=10%,the bonding properties of polyurethane sealant were relatively good.Furthermore,the polyurethane sealant still maintained good bonding properties in the low temperature environment,and it only took 3 days to fully cure.
