摘要
采用两种不同二氧化硅含量的铜尾矿和石材加工废弃石粉作为硅质原料,制备蒸压加气混凝土制品。试验结果表明:两种铜尾矿与石材加工废弃石粉搭配使用可同时消纳三种工业固废,生产水料比控制在0.64~0.66范围内,铜尾矿掺量从60%到100%,制品干密度和抗压强度都能够达到国家标准规定的A3.5B06产品等级要求。其中,铜尾矿1、铜尾矿2和石材加工废弃石粉比例为7:2:1时,蒸压加气混凝土制品强度密度比为6.26,达到最佳综合性价比。
Two kinds of copper tailings with different silica content and waste stone powder from stone processing are used as siliceous raw materials to prepare autoclaved aerated concrete products. The test results show that the combination of two types of copper tailings and stone processing waste stone powder can simultaneously absorb three types of industrial solid waste, the production water-to-material ratio is controlled within the range of 0.64 to 0.66, and the amount of copper tailings ranges from 60% to 100%. Both the dry density and compressive strength of the product can meet the requirements of the A3.5 B06 product grade specified by the national standard. Among them, when the ratio of copper tailing 1, copper tailing 2 and waste stone powder from stone processing is 7:2:1, the autoclaved aerated concrete product has a strength-to-density ratio of 6.26, achieving the best comprehensive cost performance.
