国际复杂工程项目合作网络演化研究

Research on the Evolution of Cooperative Networks in International Complex Engineering Project

以2000~2020年中国工程企业参与的国际工程项目为样本,探索了国际复杂工程项目组织间合作演化机制,从动态网络视角分析了全生命周期下国际复杂工程项目组织网络关系。结果表明:企业在国际复杂工程项目合作中形成了稳定的合作网络关系,合作网络规模逐渐扩大,但合作网络密度和企业可合作程度未显著增加;国际承包商和供应方占据合作网络中心位置,带动设计方和咨询方参与到合作网络中,形成全产业链“走出去”的国际复杂工程项目合作模式;企业通过参与合作网络获取核心资源、信息和能力,提升项目整体合作绩效、企业市场份额及国际市场竞争力。

Taking international engineering projects participated by Chinese engineering enterprises from 2000 to 2020 as samples,this paper explores the evolution mechanism of cooperation among international complex engineering project organizations and analyzes the international complex engineering project organization network relationship under the whole life cycle from the perspective of a dynamic network.Results show that,enterprises have formed stable cooperative network relationships in international complex project cooperation,and the scale of the cooperative network has gradually expanded,but the density of the cooperative network and the degree of cooperation of enterprises have not significantly increased.International contractors and suppliers occupy the core of the cooperation network,driving designers and consultants to participate in the cooperation network,and forming the international complex project cooperation mode of"going global"of the whole industrial chain.Enterprises obtain core resources,information and capabilities by participating in the cooperation network,and enhance the overall project cooperation performance,enterprise market share and international market competitiveness.
