健脾益气活血方配合穴位贴剂对慢性肾炎患者细胞免疫的影响

Impact of formula to strenghten spleen,replenish qi and activte blood circulation with acupoint patches on the cellular immunity of patients with chronic nephritis

目的:观察健脾益气活血方配合穴位贴剂治疗原发性慢性肾炎的疗效。方法:采用健脾益气活血方配合穴位贴剂治疗慢性肾炎,并设对照组、治疗组,观察临床疗效以及24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、T淋巴细胞亚群指标。结果:治疗组24h尿蛋白下降明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);四组血肌酐、尿素氮均有所改善,治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脾益气活血方配合穴位贴剂,可一定程度改善慢性肾炎临床症状,优化细胞免疫以及肾脏功能。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of formula to strenghten spleen,replenish qi,and activate blood circulation with acupoint patches on primary chronic nephritis.Method:The disease is treated through formula to strenghten spleen,replenish qi,and activate blood circulation with acupoint patches,together with control group and treatment group to observe the clinical curative effects of the four groups and the index of 24 hour urinary protein quanlity,renal function and T Lymphocyte Subsets.Result:The 24 h in the treatment group declined dramatically,with significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).Creatinine and urea nitrogen of the four groups were all improved,with significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).The T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Formula to strenghten spleen,replenish qi and activate blood circulation with acupoint patches could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis to some degree,and optimize cell immunity and renal function.
