补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效

Observation of clinical effect of Buxurunjiang decoction in treatment of elderly patients with constipation

目的:观察补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年2月我院收治的80例老年性便秘患者,按治疗方式分为两组。观察组(40例)接受补虚润降汤治疗,对照组(40例)接受枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,比较治疗效果,如疗效、排便状况等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,38/40)高于对照组(67.50%,27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间症状指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组每次排便时间低于对照组,每周排便日、每周排便次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床用补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘,可显著改善排便症状,疗效理想。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Buxurunjiang decoction in treatment of elderly patients with constipation.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with constipation and who treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were grouped according to the treatment methods.40 cases treated with Buxurunjiang decoction(observation group)and other 40 cases were treated with Mosapride tablet(control group).Then,the treatment effects were compared,such as the clinical effect and defecation condition,etc.Results:The treatment of clinical effect in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than in the control group of 67.50%(27/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptoms between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the time of defecation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the number of defecation days and times per week in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buxurunjiang decoction in treatment of elderly patients with constipation which can significantly improve the defecation symptoms of patients,the effect is ideal.
