糖尿病并脑梗死急性期采用镇肝熄风汤治疗的效果及对神经功能与预后的影响

Effects study of liver-wind suppressing decoction on neurological function and treatment prognosis of diabetes mellitus patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:评价糖尿病并脑梗死急性期采用镇肝熄风汤治疗的效果及对神经功能和预后的影响。方法:选取2019年1—12月我院收治的68例糖尿病并脑梗死急性期患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(于对照组基础上加用镇肝熄风汤治疗),各34例。比较两组总有效率与治疗前后神经缺损功能量表(NIHSS)及改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组NIHSS及mRS评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病并脑梗死急性期采用镇肝熄风汤治疗效果确切,能改善神经功能缺损和预后。

Objective:To analyze the effects of liver-wind suppressing decoction on neurological function and treatment prognosis of diabetes mellitus patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 68 diabetes mellitus patients with acute cerebral infarction treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and assigned to control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to random number table.The control group took western medicine;the observation group took western medicine and liver-wind suppressing decoction.Total effective rate,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores were compared.Results:Total effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,NIHSS and mRS scores in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The liverwind suppressing decoction has obvious effects in diabetes mellitus patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can improve the neurological function and treatment prognosis.
