基于藏医药理论框架下的瘟疫性疾病诊治法

Primary discussion on the special treatment of the different plagues in Tibetan medicine

藏医学是集医、药为一体的藏族传统医学,具有完备的理论体系和悠久的实践历史。文章运用传统藏医学理论,分析近年来以新冠肺炎为代表的全球范围内流行的瘟疫性疾病,探讨其病因、病源、症状及其特点,提出了“成熟法”、退烧法、提高免疫力等特殊诊疗方法。

The plagues are the main killers of the human beings nowadays.The causes,origin,classifications,symptoms and the treatments of the plagues have been discussed in accordance with the references found in Four Medical Tantras(brgyud bzhi in Tibetan)as well as can be found in other medical texts.A specific discussion has been conducted on the three special treatments,namely,raising up the fever,treating the extensive fever,and recovering the vital force in the body in order to practice the theories described in the Tibetan medicine.
