谈学位论文馆藏及其有效利用——以西藏大学图书馆为例

On the archiving and use of dissertations written by graduates:reference from the Library of Tibet University

收藏与管理研究生学位论文不仅是构建特色图书馆的需求,也是实现资源共享、促进教学科研发展的重要手段。文章运用统计法、文献计量法和统筹分析法,对西藏大学图书馆研究生学位论文的收藏部门、馆藏布局、管理手段、目录组织进行了分析,指出了目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

It is an essential part of works for the libraries of higher education to archive and manage graduate dissertations scenically in order to establish the data preserved in the concerned libraries.It is also an important work for libraries to archiving the thesis so that the data can be commonly used in the field of education and academic research.This article introduces the current situation of archiving,managing and using the dissertations written by the successive graduates of Tibet University.Moreover,based on personal experiences,contemporary methods of measuring data,statistical analyse,this article discusses the important roles played by the academic dissertations written by graduates in terms of school education,academic research and personnel training in the future.
