一起斯坦利沙门菌暴发疫情快速检测诊断分析 被引量:1

Rapid Laboratory-detection of a Foodborne Disease Outbreak Caused by Salmonella Stanley

摘要 目的为快速查明2019-06攀枝花市1起疑似食源性疾病暴发疫情致病因子并追踪溯源,为患者救治、事件处置及疫情防控提供技术支持。方法根据流行病学和卫生学调查信息,采集2019年6月攀枝花市1起疑似食源性疾病暴发疫情可疑食物、厨房相关样本、厨师和患者肛拭样进行致病菌分离鉴定,运用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)进行可疑株快速鉴定,对分离病原应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型技术进行溯源分析,运用MIC法进行耐药性分析。结果2019-06攀枝花市1起疑似食源性疾病暴发疫情2份可疑食物样品(同批号的生牛排和熟牛排)及14份肛拭样(厨师2份,患者12份)检出斯坦利沙门菌,16株分离菌株PFGE带型完全一致。耐药结果显示仅有1例病人分离菌对四环素、奈啶酸耐药,对环丙沙星中度敏感,其余菌株对所测药物均敏感。结论本次食源性疾病暴发事件是斯坦利沙门菌污染食品所致。 Objective To quickly identify and trace the source of a suspected foodborne disease outbreak in Panzhihua City in June 2019 so as to provide the scientific support for patient treatment,event handling and epidemic prevention and control.Method Based on epidemiological investigation information,suspected food,kitchen related samples,anal swabs of chef and diarrhea patients were collected for isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR)was used for rapid identification of suspicious strains.Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was used for subtyping of isolates.Drug resistance of isolates was detected by broth microdilution method(MIC).Result Salmonella Stanley was isolated from 2 suspected food samples(raw and cooked steaks of the same batch number)and 14 anal swabs samples(2 chefs and 12 patients).The PFGE patterns of 16 isolates were identical.The results of drug resistance showed that only 1 isolate from one patient was resistance to Tetracycline and Nalidixic Acid and moderately sensitive to Ciprofloxacin among 16 isolates.Theother strains were sensitive to all tested drugs.Conclusion The outbreak of foodborne diseases was caused by eating beef contaminated by Salmonella Stanley.
