摘要
以山东省滨州市为例,对黄河三角洲地区的老旧砌体住宅进行了调查。调查发现:修建于1989年之前的住宅称为第1类老旧砌体住宅,因年久失修损坏程度严重。对此类建筑抗震加固改造的难度较大、费用较高,应进行拆除。修建于1989~2002年之间的住宅称为第2类老旧砌体住宅,此类建筑具有抗震加固改造的价值。利用PKPM软件中相应的模块对未采取与采取加固措施后的第2类老旧砌体住宅分别进行了抗震验算。最后,对第2类老旧砌体住宅进行了造价分析。研究发现:未采取加固措施的住宅多处墙体不能满足抗震承载力要求,而经过加固改造后的墙体均能满足,第2类老旧砌体住宅的加固改造费用比第1类老旧住宅明显降低,提出的抗震加固改造措施取得了理想的结果。
Taking Binzhou city of Shandong Province as an example,the old masonry residential buildings in the Yellow River Delta area is investigated.The survey found that the pre-1989 residential buildings known as the first-class of old masonry residential buildings,the damage are serious for long years out of repair.It is difficult and expensive to reinforce and reconstruct such buildings,so they should be demolished.The residential buildings built between 1989 and 2002 were called the second-class old masonry residential buildings,which had the value of seismic strengthening and reconstruction.Using the corresponding module of PKPM software,the ASEISMIC checking calculation of the second-class old residential buildings is carried out respectively after the reinforcement measures are not taken and taken.Finally,cost analysis of the second-class old masonry residential building is taken.It is found that many walls can not meet the requirement of seismic bearing capacity without strengthening measures,but all the walls can meet the requirement after strengthening and reconstruction.The cost of reinforcement and reconstruction of the second-class old masonry residential building is lower than that of the first-class.The measures of seismic strengthening and reconstruction proposed in this paper have achieved ideal results.
