2^(#)管带机头焦粉清洁技术的研究与应用

Study and Application of the Cleaning Technology for Coke Powder at the Head of 2^(#) Pipe-conveyor

针对输焦管带机输送带带面下方焦粉堆积较快的问题,提出利用蒂普拓(TIP-TOP)公司的密闭式皮带表面清洁项目技术,以有效解决这一难题,并结合现场实际情况制定了切实可行施工方案。该技术应用后,有效延缓了管带机头下方焦粉堆积速度,改善了管带机机头的现场操作环境。

In view of the problem that coke powder accumulates quickly under the belt surface of coke conveying pipe-conveyor,the closed belt surface cleaning project technology of TIP-TOP Company was proposed to effectively solve this problem,and a feasible construction scheme was formulated based on the actual situation of the site.After the application of this technology,the accumulation speed of coke powder under pipe-conveyor head was effectively delayed,and the field operation environment of the pipe-conveyor head was improved.
