银前25 MW汽轮发电机组液压控制系统升级改造

摘要 银前25 MW发电机组调节系统迟缓率较高,机组负荷调整或功率信号波动时,易出现功率大幅波动甚至跳车问题,对机组安全运行造成较大影响。通过技术攻关,将发电机组调节系统升级改造为新型的直动式液压执行控制系统,消除了隐患。 The latency rate of the regulating system of Yinqian 25MW generator set was high,When the load of machine set was adjusted or the power signal fluctuated,it was prone to power fluctuations and e-ven tripping problems,which had a great impact on the safe operation of the machine set.By tackling the key technical problems,the regulating system of the generator set was upgraded to a new direct hydraulic executive control system,and then the hidden danger was eliminated.
