沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察沙库巴曲缂沙坦治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例3两组患者入院后均接受常规治疗。观察组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦50mg口服,2次/d,耐受后改为100mg/次,2次/d;对照组给予贝那普利10mg口服,1次/d。随访6个月,观察两组患者NT-proBNP、左室舒张末内径(LVD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)治疗前、治疗后3、6个月的变化。结果与治疗前相比,治疗3个月后,两组LVD、LVEF有一定程度改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),NT-proBNP下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组LVD、LVEF、NT-proBNP均得到明显改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者LVD、LVEF有改善作用,可以降低心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP,作用优于贝那普利。

Objective To observe the effect of sacubitril valsartan on heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods Select 80 patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy,patients were randomly divided into the sakubatral valsartan treatment group(n=40),benazepril control group(m=40).Both groups received other routine treatment after admission.After 50 mg oral administration of sakubatral valsartan,2 times per day,after tolerance to 100 mg/times,2 days;control group was given 10 mg oral administration of benazepril,1 per day.To record clinical baseline data,And followed up for 6 months,the changes of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before treatment,3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The LVD、LVEF of the two groups improved to a certain extent after 3 months of treatment compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),the NT-proBNP decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the LVD、LVEF、NT-proBNP of the two groups the treatment group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan can improve the LVD x LVEF of patients with heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy,and can reduce the NT-proBNP,effect of heart fliilure patients than benazepril.
