金融配置、劳动力供给和我国经济高质量发展问题研究——基于陕西省各产业要素配置效率的角度

Financial Allocation,Labor Supply and High Quality Development of China's Economy——Based on the Perspective of the Allocation Efficiency of Various Industries in Shaanxi Province

当前我国步入高质量发展阶段,提升要素的投入产出效率,实现产业结构的不断优化,推动经济更有效率、更可持续的发展,是实现高质量发展的关键所在。金融和劳动力资源是推动经济发展的关键要素,本文基于陕西省2000年以来的产业发展情况,立足一、二、三产业金融和劳动力资源配置效率的角度,研究经济高质量发展问题。在对陕西省经济及产业发展水平分析基础上,以新古典增长理论为基础建立实证模型,研究陕西省第一、二、三产业的产出与金融配置、劳动力供给等要素的长期关系,继而通过要素偏离度、弹性等分析方法,通过与全国整体的比较,分析陕西省金融和劳动力资源短期配置效率,研究陕西省产业结构调整中,金融和劳动力资源配置所发挥的作用。在新时期西部大开发战略机遇背景下,提出陕西省实现经济高质量发展、产业结构的优化目标以及金融、劳动力资源配置的有效路径。

At present,China has stepped into the stage of high-quality development.It is the key to achieve high-quality development to improve the input-output efficiency of factors,to realize the continuous optimization of industrial structure and to promote the more efficient and sustainable development of economy.Finance and labor resources are the key factors to promote economic development.Based on the industrial development of Shaanxi Province since 2000,this paper will study the high-quality economic development from the perspective of the allocation efficiency of Finance and labor resources in the first,second and third industries.Based on the analysis of the economic and industrial development level of Shaanxi Province,this paper establishes an empirical model based on the neoclassical growth theory to study the long-term relationship between the output of the first,second and third industries and the financial allocation,labor supply and other factors in Shaanxi Province,and then analyzes the financial and labor resources of Shaanxi Province through the analysis methods of factor deviation,elasticity and comparison with the whole country.This paper studies the role of financial and labor resource allocation in the adjustment of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province.Under the background of the strategic opportunity of the western development in the new period,this paper puts forward the high-quality development of Shaanxi economy,the optimization goal of industrial structure and the effective path of financial and labor resources allocation.
