金融结构、金融效率与高质量发展关系研究——以丝绸之路经济带9省市经验数据为例

Research on the Relationship Between Financial Structure,Financial Efficiency and High-quality Development——Take the empirical data of 9 provinces and cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt as an example

本文以金融结构、金融效率为研究对象,构建了金融与高质量发展的作用框架。通过分析丝绸之路经济带9省市2010年-2019年的面板数据,实证检验了金融结构通过资本配置效率影响高质量发展的效应,研究得出:直接融资、金融业增加值与高质量发展存在正相关关系;中小金融机构资产、保险收入与高质量发展之间存在负相关关系。本文提出了加快多层次资本市场建设、建立健全金融机构竞争机制、完善风险投资退出机制等政策建议。

The article takes financial structure and financial efficiency as the research object,and builds a framework for the role of finance and high-quality development.By analyzing the panel data of 9 provinces and cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019,it empirically tests the financial structure through capital allocation.Efficiency affects the effect of high-quality development.Research has concluded that there is a positive correlation between direct financing,the added value of the financial industry and high-quality development;there is a negative correlation between the assets of small and medium-sized financial institutions,insurance income and high-quality development.Finally,according to the conclusion,some policy suggestions are put forward,such as speeding up the construction of multi-level capital market,establishing and perfecting the competition mechanism of financial institutions and perfecting the exit mechanism of venture capital.
