延安时期从严治党实践对国家治理能力现代化的启示

Enlightenment of the Modernization of National Governance Capacity from the Practice of“Running the Party with Strict Discipline”in Yan'an Period

中国共产党自成立之初时就十分重视自身建设,延安时期坚持从严治党更成了加强自身建设的重要手段。首先,从严治党是抗战时期中国共产党维持党内团结稳定的必然选择;其次,从严治党是克服党员干部党性不纯等错误倾向的重要手段;第三,从严治党是解决党员队伍的迅速扩大与党内消极思想严重之间矛盾的现实要求。在此期间,中国共产党认识到了思想建设对从严治党的重要作用,坚持以制度治党大力推进党的思想建设,最终实现从严治党。现阶段,中国特色社会主义事业的发展要求中国共产党坚持全面从严治党,而延安时期的各项实践举措,对我国国家治理能力现代化水平的提升有着重要的借鉴意义。

Since the beginning of establishment of the Communist Party of China,it has attached great importance to its self-construction.The CPC's running itself with strict discipline in Yan'an period is the important means for strengthening its self-construction.Firstly,running the Party with strict discipline is the inevitable choice for the CPC maintaining intraparty unity and stability during the Anti-Japanese War.Secondly,it is an important method for overcoming the wrong tendency for impure Party spirit of cadres.Thirdly,it is the actual requirement for solving the contradiction between rapid expansion of the Party team and severe negative thoughts within the Party.Meanwhile,the CPC has realized the important role of ideological construction for running itself with strict discipline,sticking to greater promotion of the ideological construction by running the Party with regulations and finally realizing running the Party with strict discipline.At this stage,the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics requires the CPC to stick to running itself with strict discipline comprehensively,and the practical measures in Yan'an period are of great reference significance for promoting the level of modernization of national governance capacity.
