摘要
为研究中国废弃电器电子产品处理产业分布特点及合理化程度,构建了一套废弃电器电子产品处理产业布局的合理化水平评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法对全国31个省份的废弃电器电子产品处理产业布局合理化水平进行研究。结果表明,全国废电器电子产品处理产业布局合理化水平差异较大,可分为4个评价等级,其中有63.1%的省份被评价为较不合理或不合理。因此,建议在“十四五”期间,从国家层面统一对全国各省废弃电器电子产品处理产业布局进行评估并实施动态评估调整,促进产业良性发展。
In order to study the distribution characteristics and degree of rationalization of China's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE)treatment industry,a set of evaluation index system for the rationalization level of WEEE treatment industry layout was constructed.The principle component analysis method was used to study the rationalization of the industrial layout of WEEE in 31 provinces in China.The results showed that the level of rationalization of the layout of the WEEE treatment industry varies greatly and could be divided into four levels.Among them,63.1%of the provinces are rated as unreasonable.Therefore,it is recommended that the state make dynamical adjustments to the layout of WEEE treatment industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan to promote the healthy development of the industry.
