摘要
第二次全国污染源普查共调查工业源、农业源、集中式污染治理设施、生活源和移动源五大类。生活源是黑龙江省水、气污染物的主要贡献源。化学需氧量、氨氮、总氮和总磷的排放量依次为22.18万吨、1.57万吨、3.04万吨和0.19万吨,分别占黑龙江省排放总量的32.1%、67.7%、40.3%和25.7%。颗粒物排放量为45.68万吨,占黑龙江省排放总量的47.6%。因此,加强对生活源污染的控制,完善城镇污水管网敷设,建立污染物收集效能评价体系等工作推进,是打赢黑龙江省污染防治攻坚战的重要举措。
The second national pollution source survey investigated industrial sources,agricultural sources,centralized pollution control facilities,living sources,and mobile sources.Living sources are the main source of contributory water and air pollutants in Heilongjiang Province.The emissions of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 221,800 tons,15,700 tons,30,400 tons,and 10,900 tons,respectively,accounting for 32.1%,67.7%,40.3%and 40.3%of the province's total emissions.25.7%.The emissions of particulate matter were 456,800 tons,accounting for 47.6%of the province's total emissions.Therefore,strengthening the control of pollution from domestic sources,improving the laying of urban sewage pipe networks,and establishing a pollutant collection efficiency evaluation system are important measures to win the battle against pollution in Heilongjiang Province.
