基于光纤传感器的小口径岩心钻探施工质量控制方法 被引量:6

摘要 采用现有方法控制小口径岩心钻探的施工质量时,钻孔所用的时间较长,钻孔过程中岩石容易发生坍塌现象,存在钻孔效率低和岩石稳定性差的问题。将光纤传感器应用在施工质量的控制工作中,提出基于光纤传感器的小孔径岩心钻探施工质量控制方法,根据BOTDR应变测量原理对光纤传感器进行优化,利用光纤传感器获取小孔径岩心钻探施工过程中的相关数据,根据获取的数据对液压执行元件和液压辅助元件进行优化设计,进而提高小孔径岩心钻探施工的质量。实验结果表明,所提方法的钻孔效率高、岩石稳定性好。 When the construction quality of small-diameter core drilling is controlled using the existing methods,the drilling time is long,the rock is prone to collapse in the drilling process,the drilling efficiency is low,and the rock stability is poor.Therefore,the construction quality control method of small-diameter core drilling based on optical fiber sensor is proposed.The optical fiber sensor is optimized according to the BOTDR strain measurement principle.The relevant data in the process of small-diameter core drilling are obtained using the optical fiber sensor,and the hydraulic actuator and hydraulic auxiliary components are optimized according to the obtained data so as to improve the quality of small-diameter core drilling.The experimental results show that high drilling efficiency and good rock stability are obtained using the proposed method.
