摘要
用0.4份(质量,下同)低滚动阻力改性剂OCST改性溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),考察了用其所制备胎面胶的加工性能、力学性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,OCST改性SSBR对超高性能胎面胶加工性能的影响不大,力学性能尤其是撕裂性能有较好改善,Payne效应明显减弱,滞后损失下降,可降低轮胎滚动阻力0.7 N/kN。在白炭黑用量增加8~10份后,OCST改性SSBR的使用可降低胎面胶滚动阻力0.3~0.4 N/kN,而对胶料加工性能的影响不大,撕裂性能等得到有效改善。相比传统末端改性SSBR,低滚动阻力改性剂OCST解决方案具有更高的配方设计灵活性及性价比。
Solution polymerized styrene-buta-diene rubber(SSBR)was modified with 0.4 phr(mass,the same below)low rolling resistance modifier OCST.The processability,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the tread compound prepared from SSBR were investigated.The results showed that SSBR modified by OCST had little effect on processability of ultra-high performance tread,the mechanical properties,especialy tear property,were improved,Payne effect was weakened,hysteresis loss was decreased,and tire rolling resistance was reduced by 0.7 N/kN.When the amount of silica was increased by 8-10 phr,the rolling resistance of SSBR modified by OCST was reduced by 0.3-0.4 N/kN,but processability of the compound was not affected,and tearing property was improved effectively.Compared with traditional end modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber,low rolling resistance modifier OCST solution had higher formula design flexibility and cost performance.
