摘要
卢作孚是中国现代实业家,同时也是一位理论与实践兼具的现代教育家。他的职工教育思想突出“民生精神”的引领,旨在培养具有思想道德、职业技术和体能发展的高素质企业职工和管理者。为此,他构建了道德教育、文化知识教育、集团教育和职业技能训练的职工教育内容,“全员训练”和“全面训练”的职工教育原则以及许多具体的实践方式。卢作孚的职工教育思想对我国当代的职工教育发展和企业文化建设具有一定的现实意义。
Lu Zuofu is a modern industrialist of China and at the same time,he is also a modern educator with both theory and practice.His staff education thought highlights the guidance of the“people’s livelihood spirit”and aims to train high-quality enterprise employees and managers with ideological,ethical,professional,technical and physical development.To this end,he constructs the staff education content of moral education,cultural knowledge education,group education and vocational skills training,the staff education principles of“full staff training”and“comprehensive training”and many specific practical measures.Lu Zuofu’s employee education thought has certain practical significance to the development of contemporary employee education and corporate culture construction in our country.
