麻醉恢复室齿轮排班模式的构建及应用

Construction and Application of Gear Shifting Mode in Anesthesia Recovery Room

目的基于绩效改革和提高护理交班质量为背景,探究齿轮排班模式在麻醉恢复室管理中的构建及应用效果。方法通过构建齿轮排班模式,并于2018年3月起应用,对比两种排班模式应用期间,首台麻醉完成时间、准点开台率、护理交班质量评分以及医护满意度。结果两种排班模式效果比较,齿轮排班模式首台麻醉完成时间明显短于传统排班模式,首台准点开台率、护理交班质量评分、医护满意度均高于传统排班模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齿轮排班方案符合麻醉恢复室临床工作需求,提高了护理交接班质量,能合理分布护理资源,同时与麻醉医生的配合需求相契合,提高了护理工作的有效性与连贯性。

Objective Based on the background of performance reform and improving the quality of nursing shifts,explore the construction and application of gear shifting mode in the management of anesthesia recovery room.Methods The gear shift mode was constructed the applied in March 2018;the completion time of the first anesthesia、the on-time opening rate、nursing handover quality score and medical care satisfaction were compared between the gear shift mode and the traditional shift mode.Results Comparison of the effects of the two shifting modes,the completion time of the first anesthesia in the gear shift mode was significantly shorter than that in traditional shift mode(P<0.05);the on-time opening rate、nursing handover quality score and medical care satisfaction in the gear shift mode were significantly higher than that in traditional shift mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The gear shift plan meets the clinical work requirements of the anesthesia recovery room,improves the quality of nursing handover shifts,can reasonably distribute nursing resources,and at the same time matches the needs of anesthesiologists,improving the effectiveness and consistency of nursing work.
