摘要
方志工作者,要做当代的“司马迁”,认真履行党中央赋予的“为党立言,为国存史,为民修志”神圣职责,为这个伟大的时代树碑立传。地方志工作者学习党的历史,就是要把学习、贯彻和落实习近平总书记在党史学习动员大会上的重要讲话精神与地方志工作结合起来,发挥好地方志“横陈百科”这一优势,记述党领导人民进行革命和建设的波澜壮阔的奋斗历程,记述中国特色社会主义创建和发展的伟大实践,特别是忠实记录中国特色社会主义制度的形成和不断完善的过程,达到“学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行”的目的。各级地方志书和年鉴,都要通过翔实的资料,把自己地区、行业发展的生动实践记述下来,讲好中国故事,讲好党领导人民奋斗的故事,知史爱党、知史爱国、以史鉴今、资政育人,彰显制度优势,坚定制度自信、道路自信,以实际行动庆祝中国共产党成立一百周年。
Local chroniclers,who are supposed to set a monument for this great era,should combine the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on the Mobilization and Learning Conference of the Party history with the work of local chronicles,and give full play to the advantages of local chronicles as encyclopedia They should record the magnificent struggle course of the Chinese people's revolution and construction under the leadership of the Communist Party,and the great practice of the establishment and development of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.In particular,they should faithfully record the process of the formation and continuous improvement of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to achieve the goal of"learning history to understand the truth,learning history to increase confidence,learning history to respect morality,and learning history to practice".Local chronicles and yearbooks at all levels should record the vivid practices of their own regions and industries development through full and accurate materials to tell a good story of China and a good story of the struggle of the people led by the Party.They should love the Party and the country through knowing the history,draw lessons from the past and help the authority govern the country to educate the public,demonstrate the superiority of socialist system,have an unshakeable belief in the socialist path,theory,system and culture with Chinese characteristics,celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with practical actions.
