以漳州西湖生态园为例,对西湖生态园绿色建筑专项规划的编制进行梳理和总结,对绿色建筑专项规划的现状条件评估、规划原则、技术路线、规划指标和控制要求、保障措施作了重点分析,以期给开展城区绿色建筑专项规划提供借鉴。

Taking Zhangzhou West Lake Ecological District as an example,this paper sorts out and summarizes the compilation of the green building special planning for this district,and focuses on the evaluation of the current conditions,planning principles,technical routes,planning index,control requirements,and safeguard measures of the Green Building Special Planning.This paper has certain reference significance for the development of special planning of urban green buildings.
