地铁车站风水电工程进度制约因素分析与对策

风水电工程作为地铁机电安装中的基础性工程,其进度管控在地铁建设周期中至关重要。笔者结合多年地铁车站风水电工程施工管理经验,总结分析制约风水电工程进度的几大重要因素,并提出相应对策和创新工作方法,以期提升地铁车站风水电工程进度管理的科学化、精细化、机制化。

As the basic project in the subway mechanical and electrical installation engineering,the progress management of HAVC,water supply and drainage system and power and lighting system is very important in the subway construction period.Combined with many years of management experience,the author summarizes and analyzes several important factors that restrict the progress of HAVC,water supply and drainage system and power and lighting system,at the same time,the author put forward the countermeasure and innovative working methods in order to improve the level of scientific,delicacy and institutionalized progress management.
