This paper introduces energy audit basis of public institution and standard audit process.Analysis of energy types,total energy consumption,benchmarking results of energy efficiency indicators of two hospitals in Shandong Province.Find out the energy saving potential of hospital public institution,made recommendations to effectively improve energy efficiency,achieve the purpose of saving energy and resources.
