摘要
介绍了常温氧化铁脱硫的机理、工艺流程及其在太钢焦化厂应用的实际情况,运行过程中出现了脱硫剂带水、再生及更换等问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。常温氧化铁脱硫可使焦炉煤气中H2S含量达到超低排放要求。
Introduction is made to the mechanism of ferric-oxide desulfurization under normal temperature,process flow and application in TISCO Coking Plant.In view of the desulfurizer agent issues,such as water containing,regeneration and re-loading,etc.,solutions are also given.The ferricoxide desulfurization under normal temperature could cut the H2 S content in COG to ultra-low emission standards.
