长三角一体化国家战略下跨区域平台合作研究--以海宁市为例

Research on cross regional platform cooperation in the context of national strategy of Yangtze River Delta integration--Haining city as an example

从海宁地理位置、产业优势、城市和国家战略布局等方面分析海宁现有跨区域合作平台现状,指出平台建设为海宁带来科技、人才、政策等资源要素市场资源配置、本地传统产业转型升级、合作模式多样化等多项益处,整体提升了海宁竞争力,但也揭示了长三角一体化国家战略背景下海宁跨区域合作平台出现层级偏低、合作模式单一、吸引力不强等问题,建议通过创新合作理念、改革体制机制、重点板块引领等措施,有效推动海宁提高城市能级,积极融入长三角一体化战略群。

This paper analyzes the current situation of cross regional cooperation platform in Haining from the aspects of its geographical location,industrial advantages,urban and national strategic layout,and points out that the platform construction brings many benefits to Haining,such as the gathering of resources such as science and technology,talents,policies,the transformation and upgrading of local traditional industries,and the diversification of cooperation models,which improves the competitiveness of Haining as a whole,but also reveals the integration of the Yangtze River Delta Under the background of national strategy,the cross regional cooperation platform of Haining has some problems,such as low level,single cooperation mode and weak attraction.It is suggested that Haining should be effectively promoted to improve the city's energy level and actively integrate into the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy group through innovative cooperation concept,reform system and mechanism,leading by key sectors and other measures.
