基层党组织是乡村建设的领导核心,是乡村振兴战略宏伟蓝图的实施者,肩负着落实党的政策、带领农民致富、维护乡村稳定的重任,是乡村振兴的坚强堡垒。部分乡村基层党组织存在弱化现象,引领力不凸显,凝聚力不强,一定程度上成了乡村振兴的障碍因素。因此,必须聚焦乡村基层党组织建设存在的问题,以问题为导向,全面加强基层党组织建设,实现组织振兴,为乡村振兴提供组织保障。

Therefore, we must focus on the problems existing in the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations, take the problem as the guide, strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in an allround way, realize the organizational revitalization, and provide organizational guarantee for the rural revitalization.
