摘要
目的探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)对卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月于我院行DCE-MRI检查的96例卵巢肿瘤患者的影像资料,按病理检查结果及肿瘤分类法将其分为恶性组(58例)和良性组(38例)。分析并比较两组患者的定量参数检查结果、半定量参数检查结果、病灶最大径及ADC值。结果恶性组的定量参数Ktrans、Ve、Kep均高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组的半定量参数TTP200s低于良性组,SI60%高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组的病灶最大径值高于良性组,1200 mm^(2)/s、800 mm^(2)/s、400 mm^(2)/s的ADC值均低于良性组(P<0.05)。结论DCE-MRI对卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断可为临床治疗提供可靠依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods The imaging data of 96 patients with ovarian tumors undergoing DCE-MRI in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to pathological examination results and tumor classification,the patients were divided into malignant group(58 cases)and benign group(38 cases).The quantitative parameter test results,semi-quantitative parameter test results,maximum diameter of lesions and ADC values of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The quantitative parameters of Ktrans,Ve and Kep in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).The semi-quantitative parameter of TTP200s in the malignant group was lower than that in the benign group,and the SI60%was higher than that in the benign group(P<0.05).The maximum diameter of lesions in the malignant group was higher than that in benign group,and the ADC values of 1200 mm^(2)/s,800 mm^(2)/s and 400 mm^(2)/s were lower than those in the benign group(P<0.05).Conclusions DCE-MRI in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
