摘要
目的探讨分析单孔与三孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗原发性肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2020年9月我院收治的50例原发性肺癌患者,随机分为两组各25例。观察组行单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术治疗,对照组行三孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术治疗。比较两组的术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数量、手术时间、术后引流量、术后24 h VAS评分及住院时间,比较两组患者手术前后的PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)水平。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后引流量、术后24 h VAS评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的PaCO_(2)水平低于术前,PaO_(2)水平高于术前(P<0.05);观察组的PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组,PaO_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与三孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术相比,单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗原发性肺癌疗效显著,可有效改善患者的肺功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of single-port and three-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of primary lung cancer.Methods 50 patients with primary lung cancer admitted to our hosipital from January 2017 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with single-port thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer,while the control group was treated with three-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.The intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissection,operation time,postoperative drainage,postoperative 24 h VAS score and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The PaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) levels before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage and postoperative 24 h VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the PaCO_(2) levels of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the PaO_(2) levels were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);The PaCO_(2) level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the PaO_(2) level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with three-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer,single-port thoracoscopic surgery has significant efficacy in the treatment of primary lung cancer,and can effectively improve the lung function of patients,which has higher clinical application value.
