摘要
目的探讨能谱CT鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年7月我院收治的甲状腺结节患者55例作为观察组,选择同期我院收治的非甲状腺疾病患者55例作为对照组。所有患者均行能谱CT,对比两组患者的碘浓度、曲线斜率,对比甲状腺良性结节与恶性结节患者的碘浓度、曲线斜率。结果观察组平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的碘浓度、曲线斜率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);恶性结节患者平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的碘浓度、曲线斜率均明显低于良性结节患者(P<0.05)。结论能谱CT可用于鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节,为临床疾病的治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the application value of energy spectrum CT in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 55 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected as observation group,and 55 patients with non-thyroid diseases admitted to our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.All patients received energy spectrum CT.The iodine concentration and curve slope were compared between the two groups.The iodine concentration and curve slope were compared between patients with benign and malignant nodules.Results The iodine concentration and curve slope at plain scan phase,arterial phase and venous phase of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The iodine concentration and curve slope at plain scan phase,arterial phase and venous phase of patients with malignant nodules were significantly lower than those of patients with benign nodules(P<0.05).Conclusions Energy spectrum CT can be used for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,and provide reliable basis for clinical disease treatment.
