三七总皂苷预防髋关节置换术后异位骨化的临床效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析三七总皂苷预防髋关节置换术后异位骨化的临床效果。方法将86例行髋关节置换术治疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组术后给予吲哚美辛片预防异位骨化,观察组术后给予三七总皂苷联合吲哚美辛片预防异位骨化,比较两组的异位骨化发生率、髋关节Harris评分及不良反应。结果观察组的异位骨化发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组髋关节Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后给予三七总皂苷预防治疗能够有效降低异位骨化发生率,改善患者的髋关节功能,具有较高的安全性及推广应用价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Panax notoginseng saponins in the prevention of heterotopic ossification after hip replacement.Methods 86 patients treated with hip replacement were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given indomethacin tablets to prevent heterotopic ossification,and the observation group was given Panax notoginseng saponins combined with indomethacin tablets to prevent heterotopic ossification.The incidence of heterotopic ossification,hip joint Harris score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of heterotopic ossification in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the hip joint Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preventive treatment of Panax notoginseng saponins after hip replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of heterotopic ossification,and improve the hip joint function of patients,with higher safety and promotion and application value.
