孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿98例,随机分为研究组和对照组各49例。两组均接受常规治疗,同时对照组采用盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能指标及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为97.96%,明显高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的FEV1pred、PEFpred、FEV1/FVC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率(4.08%vs.6.12%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效确切,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods 98 children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,and the control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.96%,significantly higher than 85.71%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1pred,PEFpred and FEV1/FVC levels of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(4.08%vs.6.12%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with procaterol hydrochloride has exact effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,and can effectively improve the lung function of children with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
