二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Metformin in the Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各60例。对照组采用瑞格列奈治疗,研究组采用二甲双胍治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善血脂水平。

Objective To observe the efficacy of metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repaglinide,and the study group was treated with metformin.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FPG,2hPG and HbA1c levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2hPG and HbAlc levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and HDL-C level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control their blood glucose level and improve the blood lipid level.
