摘要
目的探讨普拉克索联合多巴丝肼治疗对帕金森患者认知功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年4月我院收治的帕金森患者63例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=31)和研究组(n=32)。对照组采用多巴丝肼治疗,研究组采用普拉克索联合多巴丝肼治疗,比较两组患者的认知功能、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组的MoCA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组的MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-1β、IFN-γ水平均低于治疗前,且研究组的TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-1β、IFN-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的29.03%(P<0.05)。结论普拉克索联合多巴丝肼治疗帕金森疗效显著,可有效改善患者的认知功能,抑制其炎性反应,降低不良反应发生风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of pramipexole combined with Madopar on cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 63 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group(n=31)and study group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Madopar,and the study group was treated with pramipexole combined with Madopar.The cognitive function,serum inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MoCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IL-1βand IFN-γlevels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IL-1βand IFN-γlevels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.25%,lower than 29.03%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pramipexole combined with Madopar has significant efficacy in the treatment of Parkinson's disease,and can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients,inhibit the inflammatory reactions,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
