复合乳酸菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜炎性因子及氧化应激水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜炎性因子及氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗,比较两组的结肠黏膜炎性因子水平及氧化应激水平。结果治疗后,观察组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、8-iso-PGF2α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊结合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果较好,可有效降低患者结肠黏膜炎性因子水平,改善其氧化应激水平。 Objective To explore the influence of compound lactobacillus capsules combined with mesalazine on the levels of colonic mucosal inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with compound lactobacillus capsules on the basis of the control group.The levels of colonic mucosal inflammatory factors and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The MDA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SOD and 8-iso-PGF2αlevels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound lactobacillus capsules combined with mesalazine has better effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,which can effectively reduce the levels of colonic mucosal inflammatory factors,and improve the oxidative stress level.
