丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者的效果及对其认知状况的影响

Effect of Sodium Valproate Combined with Levetiracetam in the Treatment of Epilepsy Patients and the Influence on Cognitive Status

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者的效果及对其认知状况的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月我院收治的108例癫痫患者,随机平均分为两组。观察组采用丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗,对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、认知功能评分及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的语言智商、操作智商、总智商评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的语言智商、操作智商、总智商评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的BDNF水平高于对照组,MBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者可提高临床疗效,减轻神经组织损伤,改善认知功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy patients and the influence on cognitive status.Methods 108 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The observation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam,and the control group was treated with sodium valerate.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the language IQ,operational IQ and total IQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the language IQ,operational IQ and total IQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BDNF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the MBP level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy patients can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the nerve tissue damage,and improve the cognitive function,which is worthy of promotion.
